Where do we get the Trinity?

The word Trinity is not in the Bible, but the Trinity is

The Trinity is not a man made doctrine, but is rather a truth revealed about God through Scripture

This lesson, I am going to show you where we get the Trinity… so grab your bibles, a thinking cap and a straight jacket because we are going to dive into the complex innerworkings of God

We like to speak in analogies

Who has had fried gater before

Where this falls apart is when we try to make an analogy of something we have no concept of

“I’m blind, explain color”

We must be careful when we say, “God is like…”

We know of the Trinity not because we made it up, but because God revealed it to us

Why the Trinity is important to Christians
